On the other hand, non-pharmacological treatments encompass a wide range of interventions, such as surgery,  sound waves(ultrasound), cryotherapy, mechanical forces(vibration),light therapy(low laser),physical therapy, psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, and alternative therapies like acupuncture or herbal medicine. These approaches emphasize holistic care, addressing not only the symptoms but also the underlying causes of diseases.



 The choice of treatment depends on factors like the nature of the disease, its severity, individual patient characteristics, and the availability of resources. Sometimes we don't have objective tools to measure the symptom. Patients are feeling and on that subjective information only we can draw a lot of implications to clinical practice.
