Consciousness is the matrix of universal reality. Due to the limitation of our perceptual ability, consciousness appears fragmented and split at the level of body, the mind and the soul i.e., the individual, societal and universal. Practice of relaxation therapies enables us to expand our consciousness to encompass it's individual, social and spiritual realms.
