In our everyday life, our immune system helps us to maintain our body health. But sometimes we have compromised immune systems or we are travelling to areas where maybe we are exposed to some pathogens that carry viruses or other infected carriers then monitoring our body or any symptoms present can be helpful by being aware of the situation to come out easily from that situation.
Can we prevent infections?
There are some ways to reduce or prevent illnesses like practising safe food handling, washing our hands, getting vaccinated, avoiding contact with people who are sick and covering yourself in an unhealthy environment.
We coexist with viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites every day. It is important that there might be people around you who are not able to fight off infections easily.

From person to person when you cough or sneeze
From close contact with another person
By sharing utensils with other people
On surfaces like doorknobs, phones and other surfaces
Through bug or animal bite
From improperly prepared food or water
From pregnant person to the foetus
From blood transfusions or other medical procedures
medicines can help prevent serious complications
